History: Sir Fawn was one of the original engineers of the program that developed the Squires for the Hyperspace Navigation system in 2517. He is the owner of the Abassi Corporation, which provides the Empire with the Squires their Captains use. He later founded the Halloway Concern, an umbrella company which ecompasses the many other businesses he’s involved with besides the Abassi Corporation. He is thought to be one of the richest people in the Empire, but little is known about his actual wealth.

In 2718 Sir. Fawn encountered Albert Tysen aboard the Miraposa Three Orbital Transfer Station, and later gave his (then) Squire Esther to Tysen upon her request.
